Report: TBI screening, care for vets inadequate

The Government Accountability Office reports that Iraq war veterans who may have suffered traumatic brain injury could be receiving inadequate care because the Veterans Affairs department has not evaluated the reliability of its screening tests. The report also found inconsistent follow-up for some veterans and poor access to medical centers for rural patients.
