Business leaders need to look beyond the traditional push for results and find innovative new ways to look at old problems, writes David Magellan Horth. That means putting aside prejudices about how things ought to be, and looking at what the customer and the market actually wants, he argues. "Innovative leadership ... has no predictable, formulaic method," he writes. "But it is a powerful engine for building sustainable business and fueling new industries, markets, products and services."
