Chefs who win televised cooking competitions such as "Top Chef" and "Next Food Network Star" reap money and fame that can help them open or grow their own restaurants. Kevin Sbraga, who won this past season of "Top Chef," says the experience also is "disorienting," and notes, "right now I'm all over the place" as he looks to open his own restaurant, while giving talks and cooking demonstrations.
