The case for culling cats to save other animals

America's domestic cats kill billions of birds and small mammals each year -- and that's a critter apocalypse that can't be allowed to continue, writes Hannah Waters. There's only one reasonable solution: start humane killing programs to get rid of strays and other surplus felines. "[I]f we're honest with ourselves, the best solution to this problem is to kill cats," Waters writes.
