Facebook's new Graph Search tool gives the social network access to a huge amount of customer intent data that should allow marketers to dramatically improve their campaigns' performance, writes Dave Williams. Over time, Facebook is likely to dislodge Google as Web users' search tool of choice, Williams predicts.
