Nonprofit group hopes to expand to La. airport

The nonprofit group Pilots for Patients hopes to lease a dormant hangar at Monroe Regional Airport in Louisiana. In the proposed contract, the group has agreed to spend from $50,000 to $100,000 to renovate the hangar in exchange for a $500-per-month rebate for the first five years of the lease.
