Precast design should help municipal complex be built quickly

Callahan & Freeman have designed a municipal complex for Jourdanton, Texas, that will house the police department, court house and City Hall. The building, precast concrete, will contain offices, meeting rooms and a large Council seating chamber. A solar farm behind the site is expected to help power the building. The building should be ready by Thanksgiving because "the pre-cast concrete design will go up quickly on the pier and beam construction," according to this piece.
