SEC rule might drive out some derivatives issuers, experts say

A rule from the Securities and Exchange Commission aims for further price transparency from derivatives issuers. The rule, which forces issuers to disclose precisely how they determined a price, might increase competition and eventually drive some issuers out of the market, experts say.
