Video: Powerful winds test the strength of concrete buildings

A demonstration by the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety shows how powerful winds affect concrete-and-steel buildings built with different techniques. One building was constructed using traditional methods, while the second used better screws, steel cleats, wind-rated doors and walls reinforced with steel. The results of a wind test, shown in the video, show that the more strongly built building fared far better.
