Bulimia, binge eating raise diabetes risk, study says

Diabetes patients were at an increased risk of depression, bulimia, binge-eating disorder and intermittent explosive disorder, according to an international study of 52,000 people in Diabetologia. Researchers also found that people with bulimia or binge eating were four times as likely to develop diabetes as those who did not have the disorders.
