Hillshire looks to boost sales with new products

Hillshire Brands said Thursday it will introduce several new products this year, as the company aims to add to its existing brands and enter the snack market. Hillshire's sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2014 were $1.08 billion, up 2% from the previous year, and by 2015 the company expects new products to make up 13% to 15% of its sales.
