Exercise can send depression packing

New research shows that aerobic exercise can have a significant impact on treating depression. Exercise long has been considered an important mood enhancer, and the study found patients suffering from depression who were not taking medication had substantial reductions in depression after 12 weeks of exercising for half an hour, three to five times a week.
