Wal-Mart sued over failing to carry Plan B contraceptive

Three women backed by abortion-rights advocates filed a lawsuit in a Massachusetts court accusing Wal-Mart Stores of violating the state's pharmacy regulations by refusing to sell the Plan B emergency contraceptive. The company said the drug was just one of several products it does not carry and it refers customers with a prescription to other pharmacies.
