Contractor problems lead to delays in world's tallest skyscraper

Work that should have started on Burj Dubai, the world's tallest skyscraper, has been delayed until April and the project faces delays of at least a year due to the leading contractor's bankruptcy. The problems have left the 160-story skyscraper with no external walls and represent a big setback for plans for a 500-acre district of hotels, offices, apartments and the world's largest shopping mall in Dubai.
