Pancreatic cancer survival linked to tumor size

Pancreatic cancer patients diagnosed with tumors smaller than 20 mm had significantly longer survival time compared with patients with tumors larger than 30 mm at diagnosis, a new study found. Researchers called for earlier detection and diagnosis of pancreatic tumors to improve survival and save lives.
