Experts see limits in Obama's retirement plan

President Barack Obama's plans to help Americans save more for retirement are "good, but not good enough," according to academics cited by Robert Powell in a Wall Street Journal analysis. Obama's plans call for expanding the saver's credit, automatic enrollment in IRA plans for workers at companies that don't offer 401(k) plans and an update of 401(k) regulations.
