M-commerce finally becomes force to be reckoned with

Larry Joseloff, vice president of content at Shop.org, explains how the excitement about mobile commerce and its possibilities related to cross-channel retail has been mounting for years, but is finally starting to yield results. At a recent summit, Sucharita Mulpuru of Forrester Research said retailers should "like social and love mobile." Many are taking that sentiment to heart, Joseloff writes.
