Report: Secure Flight program fails to use full terrorist watch list

A new report from the Government Accountability Office continues to find fault in TSA's use of terrorist watch lists. Under the Secure Flight program, TSA will check passenger information against the government's No-Fly and Selectee lists, but not against the full watch list. TSA says it is currently developing procedures for using the larger list when the situation requires.
