White House asks for $47M for EPA's GHG regulations

The White House is proposing in its budget to provide the Environmental Protection Agency with an additional $47 million to fund regulations on curbing greenhouse-gas emissions. Of that, $4 million would go toward a rule requiring companies to disclose their emissions, and $43 million would be for the agency's regulatory initiatives.
