Workers' rights are limited, author says

Most Americans don't realize how limited their rights are in the workplace, says Lewis Maltby, an author and president of the National Workrights Institute. "I've been getting calls from people for 20 years who've been abused in all sorts of ways," Maltby says. "When I tell them, 'Sorry, you don't have any legal rights,' they literally don't believe me."
