Brazil's Rousseff visits Cuba for economic talks with Raúl Castro

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff met in Havana with Cuban President Raúl Castro to discuss trade and economic development. She said the recent founding of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, which includes all Western Hemisphere nations except the U.S. and Canada, was one of the most important events ever in Latin America.
