Examining the possible effects of Indiana's right-to-work bill

It's unclear how an Indiana right-to-work bill would affect unions' memberships and workers' wages. Businesses say the measure would spur economic development and increase employment, while some economists worry it would decrease wages for everyone in the state. "I don't think it will set off a tidal wave. But if more states pass this, unions will lose even more members," says Douglas McCabe of Georgetown University.
