What do students want from classroom technology?

Students have their own ideas about how they would like to use technology to learn, says Project Tomorrow CEO Julie Evans. At a recent conference, she discussed surveys that show, overall, students are displeased with the lack of technology in their schools and the way in which education technology is used. She says the data show students favor social-based learning, tools that will expand learning opportunities and a "digitally rich learning environment, unencumbered by traditional rules."
