Cincinnati Bell names Torbeck to replace Cassidy as CEO

Ted Torbeck, who has led Cincinnati Bell's Communications Group since 2010, was named Thursday to succeed Jack Cassidy as the parent company's CEO. Cassidy will become the telecom's vice chairman.
