Medical school gift restrictions affect later prescribing behavior

Doctors who attended medical schools with rules restricting gifts from drugmakers are less apt to prescribe newer antipsychotics or stimulants over older ones than their peers who attended the same schools before gift policies were in place, researchers report in BMJ.
