U.S. destinations gear up for Chinese tourism

An increasing number of approved state and government tourism boards are marketing their destinations to China in anticipation of new Chinese government policies permitting travel to the U.S. Chinese citizens are allowed to travel to a growing number of countries on arranged tours, and while the U.S. hasn't obtained the status yet, officials in some states are urging the U.S. government to accelerate talks toward becoming an approved destination.
