Investors flocking to nontraded REITs

Nontraded REITs are gaining favor with investors hoping to take cover from market turmoil. "We think there's about half a trillion dollars of untapped demand in this space," said Kevin Gannon, managing director of Robert A. Stanger & Co. The vehicles offer "relative price stability" and attractive dividend yields, but there are some caveats.
