Nonprofit places motivated students in top public schools

Students who are talented, but disadvantaged, are being recruited by a national nonprofit, A Better Chance Inc., then sent to live in residential houses near top high schools. The resident tutor at one of the organization's Connecticut houses helped Josh Andermarch, 17, master Algebra II and recover after an apartment fire, he says.
