Experts suggest 100 ways New York can green its skyline

A panel of green building experts has issued more than 100 recommendations for making New York City's myriad buildings more environmentally friendly. The suggestions include rules for insulating glass skyscrapers, turning off lights after hours and moderating internal heating systems.
