Fewer gifts but more restaurant meals are predicted for Valentine's Day

Since Feb. 14 is a Sunday this year, several reports predict men will spend less on flowers, candies and other gifts and instead take their sweethearts out to dinner. The National Retail Federation predicts couples will spend $63.34 on their loved ones this year, down from $67.22 in 2009.
