When Steve Jobs went on an anti-Google rant at an employees-only meeting this week, he was simply proving his mettle as a manager, writes Steve Tobak. Corporate rivalries may appear juvenile, Tobak argues, but they're actually a great way to fire up employees and persuade them to beat goals and meet deadlines.
