Obama set to outline initiative to boost small-business lending

President Barack Obama is expected to shake off skepticism and push for a $30 billion program aimed at helping community banks increase lending to small businesses. Obama is expected to discuss the proposal at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire today. Critics, however, question whether the program would have a meaningful impact.
