CIA's Tim Ryan discusses influence of global cuisines

With new campuses in Singapore and San Antonio, Texas, and a new associate degree program focusing on Latin American cuisine, the CIA curriculum is becoming more diverse. "As professions develop, the knowledge becomes too great for one single curriculum, so you have to offer more electives ... There will be a lot more in ethnic cuisine studies, because now we’re just scratching the surface," said CIA President Tim Ryan.
