Commentary: Cybersecurity requires public-private effort

Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, and three other senators argue that countering cybersecurity threats requires cooperation between the government and the private sector. "There is a right way and a wrong way to address cybersecurity," the senators write. "The right way is for the government and private sector to work together to solve problems, help the free flow of information between network managers and encourage investment and innovation in cybersecurity.
