Foundation's genomic sequencing lab is now CLIA-certified

Foundation Medicine's genomic sequencing laboratory in Cambridge, Mass., has obtained the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments certification. The certification allows Foundation to accept and report on clinical samples as it prepares to commercialize its genomic profile for patients with solid tumors by midyear.
