Study puts walnuts on top for antioxidants

A chemistry professor at the University of Scranton evaluated nine kinds of nuts and two varieties of peanut butter and found that walnuts have the highest antioxidant level. The study also found that the level in peanut butter is lower than in roasted nuts.
