High schools creatively resolve dress code violations

At three South Carolina high schools, students who dress in provocative clothes must wear an oversized, brightly colored T-shirt for the rest of the day and return it clean or face a fine and detention. Although some parents have complained that the knee-length T-shirts are humiliating, administrators say the cover-ups help enforce the dress code.
