Tyson to decrease some trans fat content

Tyson Foods said it will begin removing trans fat ingredients from some of its fully cooked products, beginning with breaded chicken products. Tyson said its meats are naturally low in trans fat but wanted to give customers a wider range of choices when it comes to breading and cooking oils.
