AIG working to reclaim stock from Starr

American International Group is pursuing a breach-of-fiduciary-duty case against a company controlled by its former CEO. Maurice Greenberg left AIG in 2005, taking about 290 million shares to Starr International, a company he formed and controlled. The case goes to Manhattan federal court in early March.
