Haiti must rebuild from ground up; experts call for aid

Roughly half the buildings in Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, have been destroyed, and 1 million Haitians are homeless with hurricane season looming, according to the United Nations. The island nation must rebuild just about everything, and some experts are calling for aid on the scale of the Marshall Plan, in which the U.S. helped rebuild Western Europe after World War II.
