House bipartisan bill seeks to amend Clean Air Act, stop EPA's GHG rules

Three House lawmakers are sponsoring a bill that seeks to amend the Clean Air Act and strip the Environmental Protection Agency of its ability to issue greenhouse-gas emissions rules. The bill would also prohibit the inclusion of international land-use changes in determining U.S. renewable-fuels policy and expand the definition of renewable biomass.
