How you can command loyalty

You can't be a good leader without loyal workers, and that means learning to command respect, writes Jim Taggart, an expert in leadership. To make that happen, leaders need to show that they themselves are loyal to their staff, Taggart argues. "If you can't stand behind one of your team members, then you don't belong in management and you're certainly not a leader," he declares.
