Obama considers isolating cap and trade from green-jobs bill

President Barack Obama indicated that a proposed cap-and-trade market for greenhouse-gas emissions may have to be separated from a jobs-focused energy bill in the Senate. Speaking at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire, Obama said, "The only thing I would say about it is this: We may be able to separate these things out. And it's possible that that's where the Senate ends up."
