Survey: Consumers slow to embrace mobile coupons

Overall coupon usage increased last year and mobile coupon redemption is on the verge of becoming mainstream in the next few years, according to research by Harris Interactive. The survey found that 4% of Internet users said they've used mobile coupons, while 86% had used traditional paper coupons and 65% had redeemed electronic coupons from the Web or e-mail.
