Florida dietitian works on new rules for lunch menus

Escambia County dietitian Kay Johnson is working on school lunch menus for next fall after testing 50 food products and getting feedback from students, parents and wellness experts. One new rule is that children will be required to take fruits and vegetables, and Johnson says the biggest concern is getting students to want to eat the healthier foods.
