LAN cuts its Dreamliner order from 5 to 2 in 2012

LAN Airlines, which expects its merger with TAM to be completed by April, has cut back on its Dreamliner delivery order with Boeing. LAN will defer three of its five planes and take delivery of just two Boeing 787s this year, this report notes. LAN has asked for two additional Boeing 767 aircraft.
