After-school yoga club helps students relieve stress

A middle school in Minnesota is helping students build physical strength and deal with stress through an after-school yoga club. About 20 students meet weekly to practice yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques. One eighth-grade student said she has noticed feeling less anxious when she studies for tests.
