Congress sets up website to keep small businesses in the loop

Lawmakers have set up a website to help small-business owners learn about upcoming regulations that could affect them and to east the process of commenting on proposed rules. "Not all regulations are bad, but many can be unnecessarily burdensome, and it is important that small companies express their concerns before a rule is finalized," according to Republican Sam Graves, who chairs the House Small Business Committee.
