New mom Allyson Downey wanted to know what kind of gear she actually needed for her first baby, but she grew weary of bothering her friends with questions. She knew there had to be an easier way for new and expecting parents to sort through all the new-baby products on the market. Downey's solution was to start weeSpring, a website that has collected thousands of product ratings on baby items. "At the end of the day, we want to be the destination for new and expecting parents," she writes.
