New spam strategies stymie ISPs

Spammers who find their computers on ISP blacklists have found a novel and effective workaround that could dramatically increase the volume of unsolicited e-mail worldwide. Rather than use their own computers, or hijack the computers of unsuspecting and unprotected Web users, spammers are finding ways of routing junk mail through an ISP's own machines.
